Hermetic Roll is the speed rolling door designed to have a low permeability to the air and a good resistance to the air pressures, therefore is ideal to be installed in clean rooms having positive or negative pressure, very common in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industries, or in the manufacturing of electronic materials.
Hermetic Roll avoids leaks in pressurized rooms, as well as the accumulation of dust and other particles. This thanks to its careful design and its high technical quality throughout. The curtain is made of PVC canvas of even white on both sides and with high longitudinal flexibility and cross stiffness. The door structure is of stainless steel sheet, or galvanized and painted sheet, and has been created with shapes in order to reduce dust accumulation. As the top hood is inclined, the materials deposited thereon can slip away. And the switches have been integrated at the bottom of the door.
The fast action door Hermetic Roll, which is perfect for small voids, operates through a vertical lifting of the curtain, which rolls quickly and quietly on an axis located in the head of the door. Thanks to the incorporated frequency variator, the speeds can be modified depending of the needs of each placement.
If desired, the door curtain can have various finishing, such as fabrics with different colours or antistatic, and there is even the option to add PVC windows glass quality.
