Instant Protect is the innovative solution for separating the robotic cells or accesses to machines too delicate or dangerous. Speed opening door, rolling and resistant to moderate air pressures and to minor impacts, which has been designed to offer double protection. On one hand, from the staff against the contact with robots in operation, and on the other hand, for isolating the machine itself against the air currents and other external effects.
The structure is intended for being integrated into demanding environments, and the curtain is made by a sturdy PVC canvas having a high longitudinal flexibility and a cross stiffness, which tends to be orange with a rough surface, although there are different colours. This model of fast action door includes significant technical performances, as a frequency variator that allows to regulate the door opening and closing speed, and a security system through a photocell curtain covering the whole width of the passage. Safety stroke ends ensure a precise point of closing.
Optionally, there are various finishing according to the requirements of each customer, such as different colours of the canvas, the use of antistatic fabric or to add viewing PVC windows with glass quality or red colour for welding areas integrated into the canvas itself.
